1000 Paper Cranes

I remember when I was in elementary school, we read "Sadako And The 1000 Paper Cranes". It's about a little girl who lived in Hiroshima at the time of the atomic bombing. She developed leukemia and spent all her time folding paper cranes. If she folded 1000, she would get one wish, which was to live. She never finished folding the cranes. I have loved paper cranes and what they represent ever since.

I was excited to find these beautiful gold paper cranes by Max Steiner at Catbird. Now you can wear your one wish.
