OK, as a designer who studied for years and put in years of hard labor at various houses of "fashion", it really bugs the s#(t out of me when someone is handed a line just because they have a "name". That being said, here's an exception......If you, like me, was pleasantly surprised by Nicole Richie's first foray into fashion with her House Of Harlow jewelry line, here's a new one. Winter Kate will hit stores in spring. It's a 40 piece clothing collection embodying Nicole's sense of Californian bohemian chic. I would much rather delve into this line than Lindsay's Ungaro disaster (UGH!)
