Alyssa Norton

Alyssa Norton studied fine arts at Cornell University and after graduation she began here career as a painter. Apparently that didn't do it for her because shortly thereafter she decided to go to Mexico and study jewelry at the Institute of D'Allende. She has since created jewelry for Narciso Rodriguez's 2004 collection as well as pieces featured in Vogue and elsewhere.

Her jewelry is at the same time light and heavy, ethereal and dense, old and new. It can be casual or dressed up. All of it is amazing. I want to load it on and run through a meadow at moonlight. Won't you join me?

See more at her website.
